Look, the fact is that most IT projects will fail unless they are tied to an organization’s strategic vision, and they are carried out with leadership and sound project management. A healthcare organization’s success in implementing healthcare information technology projects may depend on finding the right consultant who understands the healthcare business, information technology, and the organization’s goals. Furthermore, the project must be implemented with sound management that can balance tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and scope.

His responsibilities include interfacing with leading experts in industry, academia, and government related to data visualization, data analysis, natural language processing, population health, and future health IT strategies (to name but a few). Furthermore, his technical proficiency is sufficient to allow him to understand the finer details of his projects.
